Author Alias displayed in Grid View?

We have posts that need to be credited to different authors - but they are not setup as users since the articles are many times from very old publications. I was able to display the authors' names by using custom fields so that their name displays on the individual posts. However, I would also like to display their names in the showcase/grid view too. I have turned on the Author Alias option and have used it to enter their names on each post. Is it possible to display this Author Alias rather than my username "Administrator" in the showcase/grid view? (see attached)
Hi Kristina,

By right the virtual author alias should also be displayed in grid view, similar to EasyBlog frontpage.

Since I am able to replicate this issue locally, I will log this in our tracker so we can fix this.

In the meantime, would you like a temporary fix? If yes, can you provide us your ftp access by editing your first post so I can apply the changes in the related files?

I thought I updated this yesterday, but I can't see my response. Yes, please fix this on my site. I will update the ftp information as well.
