Hi Paul,

Seems like it tooks quite a time for me to download them an hitting same as you are right now. But there are some information that can be ask to your current web hosting service provider regarding this as you can see here http://take.ms/sXXvY.

Maybe you can ask them regarding this first and let us know if those issues are related to us as there are no visible error for us to check them currently.
