Attempt to Follow a User Gives Error: Unable to Perform This Action...

After requesting a friend or confirming a friend request, a user may click on "Follow" to follow that user. Often, it works fine, but occasionally the system gives the error:

Unable to Perform This Action. Please try again later.

I've attached a screen snapshot of the error.
Hi there,

I believe this is regarding to the flood control setting which controls the waiting time for each follower request on your site. It used to prevent users from abusing the system. You can scale it down according to your preferences. Navigate to EasySocial > Settings > General > Followers Flood Control Interval . Checkout the attached screenshot.
