attachment preview not displaying for document

Hi there,

It seems that the preview for a document attachment is not displaying. Or at least it's not what is expected. It only shows a rectangular shape. Please see screenshot.

I was expecting to see a small thumbnail.

The user cannot click on it for a preview either.

I don't think this is the expected behavior. Is it?

I had enabled back this setting and the font awesome should be rendering fine now as shown in the screenshot. https://take.ms/jrSE9

Hello Karen,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Is it possible for you to provide us with the access to the site and the FTP as well so that we can check on this issue?

It looks like the font awesome libraries on the site seems to be overriding the fonts in Komento.

Hi Mark,

I had added the site credentials when I posted the original. But now I can't find a way to privately add the FTP credentials. Please let me know where I should post that information.

OK, I see.

I didn’t have that enabled because the font awesome library was being loaded by the site template. So I didn’t think it was necessary.
