Hi,

There is problem with attachement in ConverseKit (it doesn't allow file: when you click on donwload button it goes to a 404 page).

How can I fix it?

It seems like that was known issue, can you try download my attached file and replace into following file location and see how it goes?
JoomlaFolder/plugins/system/conversekit/assets/js/conversekit.js
JoomlaFolder/plugins/system/conversekit/templates/default.php


After you replaced those file into your site, you have to login as Superadmin user account from your frontend, then run this following recompile Javascript URL.

http://yoursite.com/index.php?ck=1&compile=1&minify=1

Note : Remember replace yoursite.com to your current domain name.

Also check if the issue quoted above persist as I'm unable to replicate it from my end.

After that, you may change System Environment in the Conversekit setting from 'development' to 'production'.

Problem persists for the 500 internal error (attachements) but it seems that footer doesn't show the bad thing presented in the previous message (i RE installed ConverseKit AND EasySocial + do what Alex suggested ).
