Hello,
I sent a message to a user with attachments.
Unfortunately, the attachment does not work, and when you download, an error page comes out
Based on what i see your screenshot, it seems like those attachment only 0kb mean the way you uploaded last time, that file already invalid.

But I did tried uploaded one of the image file, it seems work fine, you can watch my video here : http://take.ms/6M4t0

Perhaps you can share with us with your user account access which having that issue so we can better have a check?

Also can you try upload 1 of the file through conversation page and see that upload whether can work?

Hello,
I changed the upload settings to setting ---> general ----> conversation.
I now understand that the upload limit was for the sum of attachments and not for a single file.
So the sum of the photos exceeded the 3 mega, I increased them to 5 mega and now it works ...
