I am using Iphone 5s and it seems that it is showing as it should as you can see on attached image below. It might be you are using restricted account where you are not allowed to upload attachment to the site. Currently, i am using default user, that is demo.

Please advice.

Is it your default features or what?
login ----> click any username to open their profile -----> click "Start new Conversation" is near "friends and follow", there are no attachment file and upload pictures..

Thanks for the explanation. Currently, that how it behave as there should be no attachment options even on browser also as shown http://take.ms/vqOzI. That is supposed to be a "quick" way to message a user.

but why you don't make the quick way to message a user with full feature some time users want to complete with one time with message, attachment and smile with one time also... When we complete full features to message a user, other user whom receiver will fast to understand with file upload and message too...

And I think the conversation will be fast to finish more just message without attachment..
