I have the easysocial Geomunity app installed and would like to display the map on a number of different easysocial pages. At the moment, I think I have to build an entire new menu in Joomla so it will display on for example the events pages. I currently only have one menu link to easysocial from the main website nav bar, and then use the docker toolbar in conjunction with the sidebars and extra modules that come with easysocial to navigate the community pages.

Is there a way of assigning the geomaps module to ALL the easysocial pages or is building menu links to every single one the only option?

Kind regards

Mel
Hello Mel,

Since EasySocial template file itself already has module positions, you don't really need to create a menu for all of them. On the structure itself, you could place on either of the following positions:

es-general-after-toolbar
es-general-before-contents
es-general-bottom

In your module, you just need to assign it to appear on all pages. Since there are no such module positions on your template, it wouldn't appear elsewhere.

Hi Mark,

brilliant - exactly what I needed. I didn't even think of that.

Thank you
