Hm, not entirely sure if I understand you about allocating an event to an ACL group. Do you mean, rather than inheriting the ACL from the event category, you want a different acl per event basis?

+1 on this feature request.

Mark, I guess Andrew means like the Post Privacy ACL. Personally I could use something like it, I create an event but I don't want all Registered Users to see it, I want to be able to choose who can see it. For example, My Friends only or selected people using Custom.

Is it possible for ES to cross over to Joomla's Group and/or Access Level? It would be nice to have the feature in Post Privacy as well.
