Ask A question into a category for public

Hello I could not find in the configuration how to do it so I ask you this question:
(I have set up ACL and category in order for Guest / Public can post a question in the category)
When i go into a category and im not log in (like public visitor) the button ASK A QUESTION is not showing? or at the bottom of the category page there is no login information ?

when I enter into a discussion then, i could answer a question but what i want is for public: capable to ask a question in a particulor category..

is that possible?

Could you can provide to us with your backend access so we can try to help you check on this configuration? And which particular category only allow the guest select it ? Please advise.

ok i have put the login information into the optional information field

I would need this category : "Témoignages / Avis/ Idées sur Xtremillusion" where public / guest could post questions..
PLease let me know on how to do it as well

Hello Julien,

I have checked in your site, it seems like you didn't set the ACL - Public _ Enabled - Ask new Question ( http://screencast.com/t/sj89pifnc ), i believe that public user group is control by all the guest in current system.

Regarding with your category permission, i have help you set it correctly from your backend > Component > Easydiscuss > Setting > Category > set every category permission - Who can select this category when creating discussion without Public User Group > Then Insert the Public User Group to "Discussions Générales" and "Témoignages / Avis/ Idées sur Xtremillusion" --> ( http://screencast.com/t/VlUEoLxOdVwS )

Because this category "Témoignages / Avis/ Idées sur Xtremillusion" is parent to this "Discussions Générales", so it can't be set only this category "Témoignages / Avis/ Idées sur Xtremillusion" for the guest.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Yes, you can log me out that moment.
Unfortunately we do not have this option in Easydiscuss, so the user should go to User Registration page and register an account.
