You can change it here: http://screencast.com/t/RtdZ48Ak in Backend>Easydiscuss>Settings>General>Workflow. But if you want to change to custom URL, you can go to this file: ../components/com_easydiscuss/themes/simplistic/searchbar.php and change the href value on line 62. Hope this helps.
