Ask a Question button redirection for non-logged in users

Hi,

For non-logged in users, why does the Ask a Question button redirect to a User registration page? I want it to redirect to the Login page. For users that do not have an acocunt, they can create their login from the login page.

Is there a way to change this redirection in EasyDiscuss?

Hello Daniel,

By default, it will always redirect you to register page. Please replace the attached file in: ../components/com_easydiscuss/helpers/helper.php . If this doesn't work, you can provide us your backend and FTP access.

Hi Nick,

I will give you backend and FTP access if necessary, but for now you can click on this link http://sandbox.brimbanklibraries.vic.gov.au/index.php/learning-hub/learning-and-information-exchange

Then click the blue button "Post a Topic" (I changed this from Ask a Question). From there you will see it redirects to the Joomla registration page instead of the Login page.
