Hello,

I have installed the articles plugin using the Joomla installer, and the installation Message was
Installation of the plugin was successful, but it is not showing up anywhere.

I have seen that there also is an article apps in EasySocial version 2.0.66 - what is this article apps doing?

I would like our users to be able to create an article from there profile or dashboard is that possible with one of the above extensions?

I hope it is possible to get the article plugin 2.0.1 so we can start using; displays author's information at the specified location of an article, adding EasySocial comment form on the Joomla Articles.

Yes, this is the plugin 'Content - EasySocial' what you download from our app store.

What this plugin purpose is, it will render the comment form and author info at your Joomla article page.

What that 'article' app purpose is, it will generate the article stream into Easysocial dashboard when the user create a new article on your site.

But unfortunately that was not possible to allow user create Joomla article from Easysocial.

I would suggest you to use Easyblog, because Easyblog app can achieve this.

This makes it so that articles posted by users generates stream items for those posts. In addition to this it can display an author link/author box on articles.

The article app simply displays articles on the user profile. This way others can see articles made by that user.

I don't think so. However I can give you an Ajax solution that is super lightweight. Perhaps in 2 days?
