I have a little bit lost here, do you mean when the user update the article, the system shouldn't update to Easysocial stream?

If no, perhaps you can elaborate more detail regarding this?

Sorry for being unclear.

The problem, for me, seems to be:
The author get the stream item not the person/user updating the article.

Let me explain, how it seems to work (for me).
1. User A post a article.
2. User B edit/updates the aricle.
3. User A gets the stream item on his board. "User A updated the Article" Which is wrong.
