I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I suspect you didn't create "Easyblog - frontpage" menu item on your site, that is why Joomla do not know which menu item id it referring.

To fix this, if you do not want to show the Easyblog menu item on your site menu bar, you can create a hidden menu item for it.

1. Go to backend > Menus > manage > add new menu > type 'hidden menu' > save
2. Open this 'hidden menu' > add new menu > select "Easyblog - frontpage layout" menu item > save

However i guess my really question is why is the url even have the ?itemid=242 and not just simply:
http://www.unpresidential.us/component/easyblog/come-back-wednesday


ie when you go back to the original autoposts: https://www.facebook.com/pg/unpresidential if you go back to the first few.. none of them had the ?itemid=242 on them....

Humm.. additional info.. when I move the hiden menu item to published... then the ?itemid242 goes away..

Oh, i think its resolved (in that when i auto post the ?ItemID242 is no longer in the image link...)
so hopefully having an active item on the hidden menu does not hurt me later..

i thank you for yout help.. we can close this. unless you know a way to not have the item published and still not have the ?itemIS 242 posted on the autopost links

Those hidden menu you created will not harm your site anything, and it will help you all the post link will refer on this hidden menu item and it won't generate those permalink with item id when you autopost to your social media.
