When you copy and paste, ensure there is no space before the 1st characters, I log in with the exact credentials that I send you

What I meant was I need the username and password of an account that has full Super User privilege of your site so that I can log in onto your backend.

The reason that you will hit these issues is due to there are incomplete installations for EasyBlog, EasySocial, and PayPlans in the backend.

I had helped you to complete those installations, and the issues should be resolved now.
