Article Not Truncated

When I publish articles and send them to my social media network, instead of them receiving just the 4 paragraph then a link to read more, they are getting the entire article.

What can I do to solve this issue?

Can you please provide us with a sample link to the site? Also, it seems like your license is associated with esocialreports.com but the site access given is accessjamaica.com

I just posted an article in eSocialReport.com and the 4 paragraph display looks fine but when I clicked on the notification I received, I am seeing the full article where in the past, I only receive the for line intro, then I needed to click to read more, which takes me back to my website.

Your assistance in resolving this issue is highly appreciated. please let me know what was the caused.

Sorry, but I am lost here. Which notification are you referring to?Can you please include a screen shot of the notification please?

Also, please edit your post and include the site access to the site so that we can check your configuration.
