I have check in your plugin after replace this 2 latest file in your FTP site.
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/tables/comment.php
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/tables/blog.php
It seems like this plugin causing this problem out "Geommunity Map Locator Profile application", i have help you disabled it, then work fine now. Please have a look.

I have help you change to Error reporting to system default (because just now i turn on to Maximum and see what is that error), it look like work fine now.
In my opinion, you have to update to latest version of Easyblog, because some of the bug already fixed in latest version of Easyblog.
But take a note here when you update to latest version of Easyblog, you have to backup all your customization file including Easyblog module file.
Yes, if the plugin "Geommunity Map Locator Profile application" very helpful in your site, you have to consult to this plugin developer and see how it goes.

Great I suspect that is cache issues, you try to clear your Joomla cache and browser cache, see the rating styling is it to be normal?
I have tried to enable your rating option from backend, it seems like work fine for me after clear everything cache, see my screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/3gLynJbgJoOt
