Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.

I'd prefer not to give backend access. Do you have any suggestions for what might be causing this, and how I might fix it?

Without those access it is impossible for me to know what causing this issues Perhaps you can try to enabled 'Error Reporting' and set 'Gzip Page Compression' to "NO" as you can see here https://take.ms/BX5kC and check what error shown on your profile page.

Here is the full error message. The ‘array’ only appears under the ES-Sidebar widget on the timeline tab of user profiles. The ES-Sidebar is fine on the other tabs.

Can you please send us the file /media/com_easysocial/apps/user/komento/widgets/profile/view.html.php ? From the looks in the code, it doesn't seem as if it would try to output an array as a string.

Hm, looks like your Komento app is outdated. It's different from the one from our app store. Anyway download the attached file and replace the file earlier.
