We are creating a new website for a client. Their current site has an old version of EasyBlog and is on Joomla 1.5. I would like to migrate their blogs to the new site by simply transferring the EasyBlog DB tables. I am having some problems which I believe to be caused by the difference in EasyBlog versions between the two sites. I would like to update EasyBlog on a development copy of the older site so that I can ensure all DB tables will match the newer version's. Each time I try to download EasyBlog version 3.8.14670 for Joomla 1.5 from your archive, I get the message 'We are sorry, but the extension is invalid. Please contact support@stackideas.com'. Is it possible for you to email or provide a link to that version of the component?
Hello Bradley,

You don't really need to upgrade your development site because once those tables are copied over, just install the latest version of EasyBlog on the new site and the database tables are automatically synchronized.

Mark,

Thanks for the reply. That process worked beautifully.

Nick,

Also, thanks for the reply. Since Mark's suggestion worked, I no longer need the older version.
