Hi there,

I recently did an update on my website and made the stupidest mistake ever. I didn't back up. Anyway before the update I had my easyblog content looking pretty much as you see on this demo content for JA fixel (without the featured article thing at the top):

http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#ja_fixel

I had a strip along the right hand side with my Category module and then underneath an Archive module. Then there was a white background in the middle section where the blog postings are as opposed to just the site default grey look. I'm really confused as to why it's not working now but it looked great before so hope you can help!!
Hello Ben Carlin,

Sorry for later reply to this,
Did you consult with your template provider regarding this?
By the way, I have tried to access in your backend, but it seems like you provided that login credential is not working. Please advise.
Can you provide us with your FTP access as well?

Hi Arlex,

Sorry for not providing the right login details. I have now added the right ones under the site details tab.

I have left JoomlaArt a message but they haven't got back to me yet.

Hopefully it's something simple!

Cheers again,

B

Hello Ben,

I have been comparing both the sites at http://ja-fixel.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/easyblog and http://benjamincarlin.com/index.php/blog but it looks like it's very different. I can't really tell what is missing since we have never really used or configured this template before but I do think that it's best that you check with Joomlart because they should know what is missing from their template.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the quick reply.

I will look into it with JoomlaArt. Basically the Archive Module and Blog Category Modules are not showing. I think it was after I did a T3 Framework update. It's strange because both modules are set to display with easyblog. Hopefully will sort it out with them and if I do then I will post the answer on here just incase anybody else has the same problem.

Thanks again,

B

Hello Ben,

Hm, but it doesn't seem like it's just the module. It looks like the entire layout looks quite different eh?
