On the contrary, Assume a subscribed customer brings in their Laptop for a screen replacement and after the screen is replaced, we send him an invoice, So the Question is "How do i include the Laptop invoice to his Dashboard so that he can see it together with the Auto generated invoices ?"

I want to show user details under My Account on the dashboard
I want the subscribers to be able to send tickets if they need help

I checked your site.

Module Access : This app will apply restriction on module set in the app , if user has no plan, he will be redirected to plan page.

User details : This app is not setup at your end properly. Please configure it.
To show in frontend , create dashboard widget app for user detail app also, it will shown in My Account section on user dahsboard.

Dashboard widget : This app will show helpdesk tickets
information of user, please check that user is subscribed the plan which is required to access helpdesk ticket and check again.

Help desk Tickets : This app will apply access to tickets to user when they subscribe the plan. This process is hidden , you will see the data on dashboard.

Please cross check all and update me.

I have configured the Plan addon app, but it is more usefull for the first time subscribers, the ones that already exist will not be cared for,
Menisha I appreciate all your help i know i have been on you the all day but i just want this done today hope you understand.
Let me explain bit by bit what I an trying to create;
I am creating subscription for only my corporate clients. After they subscribe, each of these clients can give my company about 10 jobs in a week (they can send about 10 laptops to my company for repair)
I want to create for them invoices for all the service jobs sent and i want them to be able to see all the service jobs when they sign into their Dashboard on my website.
How do i accomplish that?
Lastly is there a way of adding menus and articles in the dashboard?

According to your requirement for existing subscribers, for monthly jobs you need to create plan from backend and assign to them and send invoice link. Because these jobs will change frequently. That's the only option.

Which menu and article you want to add on dashboard and where.

i have tried every thing with the invoice and came to the conclusion that it will not work out the way i want.
Is there away you guy can help me to upload/ import my invoices and statements in a csv or pdf formart to the dashboard? for very subscriber

Ok, first please explain what exactly you want to import and on dashboard how the details will be shown.
Please explain using screen shot, so i'll check it's possibility and update you.

please look at the attachment to get an idea of what i want. i want do display the statements and invoices in that format, for example if they click on the statement button on the wright tab it should show the statements and i also need to be able to upload the statements or invoice in the back-end.

I checked and found that you are using another system for invoicing. For now it's not possible to import them in payplans subscription. In your case plan addon app will work and for existing user you need to add manually.

No, we don't have any other extension. One alternate option i can explain you.
As all your subscriptions are free for lifetime, when you get order of any company then in backend edit subscription of that company , here you can see option to Add Invoice, add it , if you client will pay then send invoice to them using Send Invoice Link option or if you need to mark as paid then add Transaction to that invoice and save it.
So it will shown in user dashboard with subscription.

Try this solution and let me know if you have any query.

We already try our best to find which 3rd party extension can able to achieve this from Joomla https://extensions.joomla.org/extension , it seems like don't have any extension can able this

Thanks for getting back to us on this. I have spoken with Manisha and apparently this requires quite a bit of customization and there isn't any extension out there that suite your needs.

We do accept customization works and our hourly rates ranges from $80 up to $120 an hour depending on the number of hours committed (The longer the hours, the cheaper it gets)
