Hello, when I post a comment onto the blog i receive a email to say it requires moderating. but when i click the link to approve comment it doesn't take me to the page to approve it. Just links to a random page on my website.
Is there a way to change the approval url.

I have attached the email I receive which as the approve comment button which doesn't work correctly

I'm suspected that was Easyblog SEO routing is not set correctly then causing this issues, may i have your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this quickly? please advise.

Sorry for late reply to this,
Can I have the permission to delete all the SEF Easyblog URL from your SH404SEF?
Because I would like to change your current Easyblog SEO routing setting ( http://screencast.com/t/X3dMc7plNyB3 ) then remove all the SEF Easyblog URL from your Sh404SEF and let it regenerate the correct URL and see how it goes. Please advise.

After change the SEO setting, I noticed that when I trying to click on this button
-> http://www.ashtutors.co.uk/Blog.html?controller=dashboard&key=005eaa0680b5&task=approvecomment
Then it will redirect to
-> http://www.ashtutors.co.uk/Blog.html?controller=dashboard&key=005eaa0680b5&task=approvecomment

May i know did you configure some redirection from your site?
By the way, can you provide us with your FTP access again? Because I have tried to access but i hitting this :

Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Please advise.

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply, I'm still investigate on this, because I have tested in my local with SH404SEF, everything is working fine.
That was a strange part, when the user received the email notification, that URL is show
-> http://www.ashtutors.co.uk/Blog.html?controller=dashboard&key=005eaa0680b5&task=approvecomment";>http://www.ashtutors.co.uk/blog.html?controller=dashboard&key=005eaa0680b5&task=approvecomment
After you click it, then the Blog become blog.

Yes that is the page it goes through too. For some reason it did begin to work as normal but then it went back to the same link again. So you might have done something to sort it out temporarily. Im not sure.

Thanks for getting back to us, I have double check again, it seems like page http://www.ashtutors.co.uk/blog.html that "blog" menu item you already deleted, and this menu item is configure to K2, can i have the permission to help you clear all the K2 and Easyblog SEF URL from your SH404SEF and see how it goes? Please advise.

Sorry for late reply to this,
If you no create customize SEF URL, it will not affect your website link.
After clean up all the K2 SEF URL from SH404SEF, everything is working fine now. Please have a check.
