Hi,

I try to found how to do this context:
When the user has the plan 'A', after X days of the activation date, we apply the plan 'B'.

I saw in email (notification) something like that. Do you have same concept to apply plan.

Basically, you want the user get another plan (plan B) after X day of plan A activated yes? If yes, unfortunately it is not possible at this point of time.
Perhaps, you can use automated plan assignment by go to automation>new>Automated Plan Assignment https://take.ms/n4IJA
(just a suggestion for workaround)

Do you have other feature can be trigger after X days (like the notification)?

Because your workaround no real work.

What is your strategies for my context.
time 0 : begin plan A
time 5 days later : begin plan B
time 10 days later : begin plan C

Maybe, I see that on wrong perspective.
