Apologies for opening so many threads.
Please see attached. I do not understand the purpose of the Applications every member has access to.
The features that many of them provide are similar to what the site actually has already like the photo albums and friends list etc.

Furthermore I tested it out by installing the RSS Feeds which gave me no editing option like it says it does. (I must be missing it)
Where do i turn this Applications off so that they are not visible to the members.

The other question i had in another thread about getting feeds from external organisations, if those organisations have RSS feeds then would that mean members would be able to get this feed and thus share it with friends. ??

Thanks for your help.
Hey Ben,

Not all apps can be installed on the user's profile and this is why they can selectively choose what they want / do not want. However, we understand that all of these are complicated for users and we are planning to remove this behavior moving forward.

As for your questions, please find my response below:

The concept between a dashboard view vs the profile view is the dashboard is where you manage your apps (including the feeds). Whereas profile view allows anyone else to view your profile without having to see those items (including yourself). It's some sort of you see what others are seeing when they view your profile.

The feed import allows rendering feed items on their profile page. It doesn't actually share between friends.
