Is it possible for me to upload apps that I have created to be downloaded (Could games be displayed on a profile page?) or delete apps (As I don't want Ads on profile pages) (AdSense.)

I am sorry as I cannot be sure what you're trying to achieved here. As for apps, I believe you can delete any unused apps in your site or you can just unpublished them so that your user cannot use it.
I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Not really sure what you mean "to be downloaded" but apps within EasySocial is to be used either within the profile or the dashboard.
