Actually this default behavior where task application was only shows/create task in the dashboard

There is no setting to make this app appear on the user profile page.

Im also confused why this function is only on the dashboard. Its a fantastic feature but not easily noticable if not lost.

Is there a way of linking this feature from the profile page like the calendar and notes etc?

Hello Steve,

The concept and idea behind the dashboard area is to allow you to manage your personal items like tasks. It doesn't appear on the profile simply because the profile area is where others view your profile and certainly, tasks is a private item and you do not want others to be able to view your tasks.

I also think this app is very good. But I would divide it into two applications. One is personal private tasks in Dashboard, the second is tasks created in events and groups that will be shown to everyone on the user's profile page
