App settings are not respected

hi,
-easysocial does not respect application settings (eg jlexrewiew is set to be used with blogging and business profiles, instead, and also published for private individuals)
It seems like this app is not developed by us, perhaps you can consult with their developer regarding this and see how it goes.

Looks like this is a bug with the permissions as it shouldn't be rendering apps that the user doesn't have access to.

I have already logged this issue into the issue tracker and we'll need to push a fix in 2.1.3 as this involves modifying several files.
