Not a big deal, but I noticed every time I update ES, the app permalinks change back to their original value. So for example if I have the article app have a permalink as "content", it's swapped back to "article after update. I tested this again using my test site to confirm this issue. I attached two screen shots showing before and after.

Basically it would be ideal if the app permalinks were not over written when updating ES.
