Good Afternoon

I have been banging my head against a wall for the last two hours trying to see why I am unable to create an app for autoposting to my page.

I have done all items in the documentation however I am being told that the app is in development mode. Other people have had the same issue but its been resolved by adding an email and taking the app out of dev mode or even renewing the key.

I have done all of these things but I am still unable to get access.

Please see screen shots below
Afternoon

I have been able to get the API to work by doing the following

1. clear out the key
2. clear out the password
3. save
4. put in a new key

However I now have an entirely different issue in that if I hit the AUTO POSTING feature it will post the blog but if I then delete that blog from FB and hit autopost again it doesnt repost the same blog. I am testing the format of the post and this is key.

My question therefore is

1. What is the optimal image size for the cover so that when I post the image is not squashed in the autopost
2. How can I re post a blog to facebook
3. Is there an opportunity to edit how the blog will show on facebook

1. What is the optimal image size for the cover so that when I post the image is not squashed in the autopost

I am not really sure what is the Facebook minimum image size which display the full width on the stream, perhaps you can take a look of my attached screenshot below, when I upload this resolution size 1920x1080 , it display correctly.

2. How can I re post a blog to facebook

You can repost from backend, but i noticed you have installed Sh404sef extension, when you repost from backend, I suspect Sh404sef will not trigger SEF URL from backend, in other word, that post URL will not same as what you post from your frontend.

3. Is there an opportunity to edit how the blog will show on facebook

unfortunately that was not possible to preview this.

Hi Arlex

1. I have been able to repost for testing purposes by clearing out the table `polarhome_easyblog_oauth_posts` I resized my images to that of what you reccomended and saved the template so all new cover images will be the correct size
2. The sef issue can be fixed if I delete the table data and repost it as new. I cant repost directly from the home page if I dont to this
3. Dont worry about this now as I have managed to get it to look ok
