Try download my attached file and replace into JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easysocial\controllers\apps.php and see how it goes.

Hey Paul,

In case you did not noticed, it is a weekend here Please refrain from creating posts like "hello?", "are you there?" because it really won't help because we are not around We clearly stated this in the reply form as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/yyJKxJ0M4

Also, you are running on 1.4 beta and we are not obliged to provide support for beta releases. All beta issues should be posted at http://stackideas.com/issues/easysocial

Anyway, back to your original issue, as Arlex pointed out, the FTP access is not working for me either.

The FTP is still not working. Is there some sort of IP restrictions?

Hey Paul,

Download the attached file and upload it into /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/installer/helpers/

Also, please be reminded that 1.4 related should be posted at http://stackideas.com/issues/easysocial rather than our forums Otherwise it's pointless to call it a beta if you constantly post it on our forums.
