App EasySocial for Joomla

When I access my site on my smartphone/tablet with the Android app EasySocial for Joomla I can play videos, which are linked to YouTube.

But I cannot play my own videos on my server. When the video-player is loaded and you click on the arrow to play it, it says: There is an error. Try again later and a playback id.

Furthermore I cannot play any audio-file uploaded to the site.

Is this a problem related to the app from AppCarvers and due to a missing function in this app?

Any hint would be appreciated.

Hey Hans,

Could you try with the mobile browser instead of the app from AppCarvers?

The different mobile browsers are working fine. But it would be nice having the possibility to uses the app from AppCarvers too.

Hey Hans,

I think you should check with the guys from AppCarvers to see how they are rendering videos on their apps. If this works on the web, then EasySocial is working fine but it's just the way native apps are processing web items.
