I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Derar support i try to find out about easysocial app "easydiscuss" i send you a photo i want the app link to be in the toolbar of profile bar and not under more...is there an option to move other items under more if yes how?

Unfortunately that was no setting to move that discuss app from the dropdown, but can you try download my attached file and replace into this template override file and see how it goes?

JoomlaFolder/templates/YourCurrentTemplate/html/com_easysocial/helpers/cover/user.php
For those new folder you have to manually create it.

other question is i tried to translate the app filter in the profile without success....i even removed el-gr and en-gb language folders but the english translation still exists! does the plugin have additional fileds somewhere else maybe i do something wrong i dont know!?

For English language is under this language file JoomlaFolder/administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_app_user_discuss.ini
For your site Greek language, you have to duplicate above language file then put into this
and rename it to this file name .JoomlaFolder/administrator/language/el-GR/el-GR.plg_app_user_discuss.ini
