App Development: Recommended Developers?

I'm still in the process of learning PHP and have yet to really scratch the surface on coding in Joomla's environment, but I'd like to have apps made for ES. Since I'm not yet able to make apps myself, does anyone have developer recommendations? I only know of CorePHP who offers development services, but their current catalog implies no experience with ES apps.

I'll definitely do that for my lesser involved projects, but I fear one may be out of scope. Without going into a design doc, I'd like to clone Scirra's onliine arcade.

My community will be that of video game developers and I would love to have a means of letting users show off HTML5 games made. Where it defers, I'd like to support exported projects not only from Construct 2, but GameMaker, Unity, Unreal, and custom code as well.
