Hello! It looks like there is an error with COM_INSTALLER when attempting an upgrade with this latest version. (A similar error happened last week EasyBlog. A manual install worked properly.

Were you upgrading form 4.0 to 4.1? If that is the case, you would need to download the latest installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard because we have updated the installer in 4.1 to allow single click updates.
