I don't understand why I have to install Easyblog again - and then is it asking for an API key - retrieve-link is broken . no api-key in the dashboard, no answer with the contact request.....

people, my sit eis down!!!!!

What's this all about?????
In Easyblog 5.1, the system will not ask you insert your API key during the installation.

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

It seems work fine for me when I upload the latest launcher installer through your Joomla backend installer page.

You can check my attached screenshot below.

By the way, is it possible share with us how you perform an update just now?

StackIdeas support is often very smug. "It seems work fine for me when I upload the latest launcher installer through your Joomla backend installer page." This is NOT what your own documentation or the prompts built into the launcher say to do, and the links in your own package are broken. Help your customers. His question is valid, and the issues/questions are the result of StackIdeas' support and documentation laziness.

Hello Todd,

I appreciate your insights on this but we weren't able to reproduce this problem. If we were able to reproduce this, we'll definitely share it out to everyone as I don't really see any reasons for us not to do it.

If volker explains the steps he has taken to reproduce this, we could try to reproduce this problems on his site and if indeed it is a bug on our end, it's definitely going into the issue tracker.
