API Key Error

I just tried to run the updater on my own web site http://www.smartphonemarketing.ca
First I generated a new API key -see site details-
It gets to 10% progress and I get an error Please enter the correct API key

It seems like your API key that you provided is actually different than our system. Perhaps you can try to obtain the latest key from http://stackideas.com/dashboard and then try again? If the issue still persist can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly?
