Hi there, I've got low technical knowledge, so I hope you can help. I'm trying to update Easyblog in Joomla using the API key on my account - xxxxx

However when it gets to 10%, it returns an error, saying I need to use the correct API key.

Could you help?

Sorry for late reply to this,
It is important to take note that upgrading from major releases from versions 3.8.x or lower to 3.9.x, requires a manual upgrade via the Extension Manager. It is not possible to do this via the Updater. Please be rest assured that the normal upgrade process will not erase your blog posts or settings. Hope this help.

*Notice : Remember backup your customization file before update your latest version of Easyblog.
