Hi,

This is my first installation of Komento and I get an error that my API is not active:

Sorry, but the system is unable to located any purchases from your account. If you have already purchased and still facing difficulties installing, please contact our tech support.

How can I fix this issue?

When I try to use the directory installation. I get this error:

Initializing Database Failed
Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team.

I've checked on your license, it seems like you have set your license domain is lucians.nl instead of acceptatie.goodplace2work.com so you will hitting this following error during installation.

If you would like to install Komento in other domain site, you have to download full installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through your Joomla backend installer page. After that you do not need to do anything, just click proceed the installation then select "install directory method" and select the component file and proceed the installation again.

If the issue still persists, perhaps we can help you switch your license support domain to acceptatie.goodplace2work.com so we can help you check on this? Because Pro license only entitles you to support for 1 domain only.
