I read the thread here: http://stackideas.com/forums/easysocial-sends-me-tons-of-blank-subscription-confirmations and it was quite helpful in setting up "mini registration", however I am wondering a few things.

Can I have mini registration setup for more than one profile type? Even if I had to build them as separate pages/menu items.
If the answer to one is "no", is there a way for the user to request to have their profile updated to match the profile type they should have been in?
Example: I set the mini registration to my default profile "Consumers", but that means that my other user types, "Professionals", "Media", etc. will then be registered as "Consumers". As each type have different access levels, this will pose issues later on.

So how do new registrants let me know that they are something other than a "Consumer" or how can I see this somewhere?

Thanks,
JS
Hey Justin,

No worries, and no offense taken. I do appreciate it very much that you are being understanding here

The only two questions that remain unanswered today appear to be the two questions that I posted. Are these questions not showing up for anyone else but me?

Hello Justin,

Firstly, you do need to understand that it is a weekend currently and our support is slower during the weekends as we are not robots Just like any average human beings, we need a break as well Just in case you didn't noticed the headers on the forums, take a look at my screen shot here, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-02-07_1537.png

Further to that, it's not even 24 hours since your initial post. Your first post was made at 10.30 AM but your reply was made at 2.40PM. That's not even 6 hours Please at least allow 24 - 48 hours before our support members assist you with your issues.

As for your original question, no it isn't possible to allow multiple profile types for mini registrations. You can only have one currently. You can however, switch a user's profile from the user's listing at the back end of EasySocial.

Thanks for understanding.

It wasn't a complaint Mark, it was a legitimate question. Literally every single question on the page had a response except for two. Both mine. I was legitimately wondering if my posts were only showing for me for some reason. I hope that you will understand that when I check back and every single question is answered, both before and after my own there would be cause for concern. That said, I always appreciate the support that you all give even when it is bad news.

Thank you for the reply.

No problem at all Justin and I do understand that your post wasn't a complaint We just need to stress this out to everyone and not just you because there are times when there are users who expects us to reply in minutes even on the weekend and it just doesn't make any sense at all.

Agreed Mark. I apologize if it came across that way. Your support is pretty much on of the best of any Joomla company. I just didn't want to fall between the cracks. I actually didn't expect a response until your Monday. Wouldn't have mentioned it all if I hadn't seen all the other traffic. Thanks again and sorry for any misunderstanding.
