Any way to remove options in the media manager?

Is there any way to remove some of the options, even via CSS? Right now, the media manager will be very confusing to new users, and I like to make it is easy as possible. Ideally, I would like to have the "Add Media" button go directly to the "My Media" section. If not, I would like to remove some of the options, such as "Shared Media". Any suggestions on that?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Currently that was not possible to set which filter to show first when you click browse media button on the composer.

But you can download my attached file and replace into your current template directory folder to override this theme file.

JoomlaFolder/templates/YourCurrentTemplate/html/com_easyblog/composer/toolbar/default.php
