None of the options in the group status or any status on profile or page can be clicked on, so cant add photo, or video or poll, none are working.

We do need this fixed asap its going to cause major issues on site.

Hi mark,

Posting a status is fine but we cannot use a photo or any of the options? Can you post an image?

Hi Mark,

We are so confused, we have tried on 4 computers and all of them do not allow us to use the options. We can not even elect the photo option its just a dead link, as are the others. Where did you post that image so we can try there. We are also having issues with the photos not displaying in groups or dropdown menu working since this upgrade. Is this all linked?

Can I roll back the update as this is a major problem?

I tested it from http://www.medalmad.com/index.php/dashboard/your-page . By the way, I also noticed a lot of javascript errors on your site, not sure if this is relevant, http://take.ms/gnO6n

By the way, try purging your cache and see if that helps? Also, are you using the MedalMad23 account?

Hi Yes that is our main account. Should I log in with another account, This has only just started happening since the update this afternoon. Can I roll back?

We cannot see the image you posted in the stream only the attached when clicking on the photo album, but like the groups the image does not display, just a blank space.

I think it's probably related to something else as the site works perfectly fine for me across several different browsers

It works if I change the template. So I cannot understand why you can see it and I cannot. It has to be to do with the update as it was working, then update and now these issues, well for me.

I think all your 3 new posts are similar posts and I also think this has nothing to do with EasySocial or Joomla. Let's just use this ticket instead of having me reply to all of your posts regarding the same issue.

Now, let's get to the root of this. I cannot access http://www.medalmad.com/adminstrator/index.php as it is throwing an Internal Server Error for me.

Hi Mark, we can do but we have tested it on 5 computers, 2 of which are not in the same location and on mobiles on 3G and 4G and we still get the issue. We are also getting comments from users saying he same thing.

If I change the template to JA Social ii it works but we have a vibrating issue with this template so do not want to use that.

We are able to post status updates and photos in the module easysocial streams and add photos. Does this help?
