Hi folks,

Another issue. On our site (you know the url, I don't wish to post it publicly), for a blog entry, at the bottom of the post, the link on the author's profile is incorrectly generated, causing a 404. EB actually creates a url with a reference to the Kunena component (as witnessed when you hover over the link).

Can you please address this bug asap?
Looks like Kunena has updated their url structure. Fixed on the site and locally as well.

Still a problem.
I just tried it... it now shows the user's kunena profile.

Hm, isn't that what you configured EasyBlog to use? If you don't want it to link to Kunena, go to settings > layout > avatar and disable the option "Modify author's name and avatar links"

Mark,
I want the avatar to be from Kunena so the users don'have to upload two avatars... yes.
but when I press on the "View author's profile " link, I expect the EB bio... no? And the EB posts not Kunena posts... no?
Maybe I"m not understanding the "Avatar" setting correctly.

Hi Gilles,

Thank you.
What will happen at the next update? Will the update be suppressed?

Hey Gilles,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as we are currently having a Joomla conference here in Malaysia and most of the team are involved in the preparation.

This issue already solved in Easyblog 5.0.21 , can you try download the latest launcher installer from http://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload the installer through Joomla installer and see how it goes?
