Animated gifs in comments

Hi there,

as I note, I can add fully animated gifs as photos and cover photos - its absolutely great, but in comments these gifs are not animated - as static graphics. Is it possible to make animated gifs in comments too?

It seems like you have enabled this setting "Automatically Resize Images" from backend, mean this image will get resize automatically then populate a fit image on the comment, if you would like to show gif animation image on the comment section, you have to disable this setting.

I've tested on my locally, it seems the comment section can populate that animated with gif photo format, you can check my video here : http://take.ms/zD93ch , is it not working for you?

It works as normal image (not in comment), as cover photo, but in comment no.

Could you please check this? I put credentials for my stie...

Thank you Arlex for your help. It was a solution.

Could you please note give it further to developers, that it will be good option, to make option "Automatically Resize Images" for .jpg's - because that's a big photos extension, excluding .gif's?

In that solution we will have secured comments from large photos and... animated gif's
