May i know how exactly you update/upgrade your Easyarticles? Currently, it is a major upgrade for Easyarticles, you need to download our installer on your dashboard -> https://stackideas.com/dashboard in order to update/upgrade your Easyarticles. Maybe you can try to download them, then install them on your site and see how it goes.

If you required more help, it would best if you can check on your current site on why i cant access them, so that we can further this on your behalf.
