An error appears on click and dissappears on refresh

Hi i get this error "Unable to load stylesheet for mod_recentdiscussions." in a red background it goes away when i refresh, see the attached image.

Also there is an error on the left column the elements are to close to the border and they get a little cut, see the attachment
Hello Esteban Morales,

The reason why you're hitting that error is because you're using older version of mod_recentdiscussions, when i try to updated it and compile it after clear the cache, then the error shouldn't shown out in your site.

Hm, I can't seem to reproduce this error on your site. What are the steps taken to produce this error message?

Also, I have tried to access in your Joomla backend, it seems like you provided that login credential is not working "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.", Please advise.
