Hello at StackIdeas,

We have a problem at our EasyBlog admin (back-end), our Administrators can't do anything. It is the same issue as in this earlier post Title

We have followed the directions from Mark in the above post but we can't solve it.

We need to publish many blog posts and add icons to the categories avatars and other things as well. We would not like to give our Administrators Super User access so please help us out.

Thank you...

...Finn
After several days of checking your issue, it seems like your php settings is preventing the permissions from being stored. The responsible settings max_input_vars is set to 1000 only and because there are so many user groups on your site, PHP wasn't able to process the request.

I have increased this value in /administrator/php.ini and it works now.

P/S: This issue does not only affect EasyBlog but your AUP extension too.

What is the user group that you have assigned them under?

By the way, please remember to assign your domain to your license to obtain for support in the future. You can do so by accessing your license area at http://stackideas.com/dashboard

There seems to be something not right with the acl section of your site. Please provide us with the ftp access as I need to debug Joomla's code to see why the saving isn't happening.

Hello Mark,

Happy New Year and all the best to you, your family and Stackideas.

I have copied you in on the FTP access details by editing the post.

As you requested I have assign our domain name to EasyBlog, EasyDiscuss and Komento. EasySocial was OK.
