Thanks for reporting this. You are referring to the 'My Created Posts' and 'My Assigned Posts' page correct? It seems the date and post string is not translation in the graph. I will log this issue in our tracker so it can be fixed in the next release.
In the meantime, if you really want to, you can try modifying the date format from these files: JoomlaFolder/components/com_easydiscuss/views/mypost/view.html.php

The 'Post' cannot be modified currently until we address this in the next release. We appreciate your understanding on this.
