Hello
With the Gender field, the option is Male, Female and Other,, what file does one go to to change the word "other" to the word "Couple"? -

You can go to this file and change the translation for these strings:

PLG_FIELDS_GENDER_DISPLAY_OTHER
PLG_FIELDS_GENDER_SELECT_CUSTOM
PLG_FIELDS_USER_CUSTOM
