Hi I am using both the "AltaUserPoints (AUP)" app and the "AltaUserPoints (AUP) Discount".

"AltaUserPoints (AUP) Discount" is working great.

"AltaUserPoints (AUP)" is not working.

In AltaUserPoints there is only one Payplans rule: "PayPlans Rule: AUP Discounts". This rule is for the "AltaUserPoints (AUP) Discount".

Can you tell me where the "AltaUserPoints (AUP)" rule is or why it is not working?

Thanks
Hi Garret,

You need to create a new rule for the altauserpoint (as your screenshot above is for aup discount) by go to Altauserpoint>rule>new> and configure the setting as shown: http://take.ms/j8IM6 (make sure you follow the category, plugin type, and unique function name correctly) you can change the rule name and description of the rule as you prefer
And make sure you also enable the plugin by go to Plugins>PayPlans-Aup http://take.ms/cwtK4

Hope this helps

Hey Garrett,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Sorry but not too sure if I understand you correctly here, do you mean you want to assign points to the user when they purchase a plan?

All you need to do is to create a rule on AUP, com_altauserpoints.points and the points would then be assigned to the user.

Hi Mark,
I am trying to make a rule that will trigger the assigning points to the user when they purchase a plan. There is one rule that came in automatically. Can you tell me how to create a rule that will work?

Here is the came in automatically I think it is for AltaUserPoints (AUP) Discount because like I said I can pay for plans with points just fine.

It works great. However, there is an issue.
The points are assigned but the record does not show up on the "User points profile layout" menu item under the "Latest Activity" tab.
It does have the record on the back end, just not on the front end.

Is that a payplans plugin issue?

Thanks

Hi Garret,

Sorry for that, you need to enable the setting inside the rule as you configure above http://take.ms/28GyT
